THANK YOU for being here.

I know this is the time of year you hear a lot of small businesses, influencers, friends and family thank you for your business or attention or your support. But I want you to really think about

WHY they are thanking you?

Every small business is relying on you to share, chat with friends, and purchase their products. The reason they have started said business is because they truly have a passion for bringing it into the world. Yes some are seeking out their chance to win it big, but mostly people are excited when the funds they have made will be put into creating another product for YOU or that they are able to create something better…for YOU. What a cool thing it is that you have the ability to cast your vote in society with your time, money and attention. Make sure you are supporting things you love, things you believe in, and things that you are proud of. We all need this reminder that our voice does matter, and let me tell you, your voice matters X10000 when you use it to support your local businesses and friends.

Even though the Black Friday craziness seems to start earlier and earlier each year, I hope you have some mental space to REALLY hold a place for gratitude and thankfulness. I’ll be honest, it is not something I am great at. I have had to constantly remind myself this week that challenging days and phases of life are important, and that I am grateful for all the small things.

I truly am grateful for this little blog that I am able to share my creations with you on. I am grateful for the constant pep talks I get from my fellow female artists and business owners. I am grateful for the support I get with other creatives in making these visions come to LIFE.
